The book contained a variety of creative recipes. I can not wait to try them.
Only one item on the cover is included in the book. There are no photos or even drawings in the book to help with understanding the kneading and folding necessary to make the dim sums. In fact, the only picture is on the cover. I was expecting more from a book entitled "The Ultimate Recipe Guide"!
I gave this 4 stars, because I was expecting more recipes. I highlighted a few and they look really good, but I guess I was just expecting more. However, any Asian recipe is a good recipe, so thank you.
Only one photo and it's on the cover. Doesn't do me much good. Had hoped to see not only completed entrees, but also images of process. Since each dish requires ingredients not readily available in my kitchen, and not having a visual, I may forgo using this book.
This is a great little recipe book. I was lucky and got it at a drop down price, and I'm so glad I got it. Some of these recipes are yummy!
